Deposits

• All bookings must be confirmed with a minimum of 50% deposit within 3 days of making the booking. 

• The balance to paid no later than 7 days prior to arrival

 stay@trentham.biz Will not be held liable if the selected accommodation does not “meet” the expected standard. We use our best endeavours to correctly describe the premises. 

Cancellation Policy 

• Cancellations notified more than 30 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 20%

• Cancellations of less than 30 days or less and more than 7 days prior to arrival will forfeit the full deposit.

•  Cancellations of less than 7 days will forfeit the full tariff.

 At all times we will endeavour to transfer your booking, subject to being able to relet the property and individual property cancellation policies
